My experience includes providing custom solutions to high-profile clients, both on-site and remote, with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to IT engineers, tech and eCommerce partners, as well as marketing experts as end-users. I led all aspects of the technical sales process, from discovery, or initial business discussion, to demo and follow-up technical integration conversations along with the sales team. Solution delivery involves providing eCommerce and marketing strategies using the platform’s commerce and personalization suite, leading integration discussions, advising customers on mapping their ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and marketing data sources to NetSuite’s unified data model. Serving as subject matter expert on the capabilities and uses of the platform’s REST/SOAP APIs and suite of integration points.
