Solution Engineer for Epicor’s headlining retail cloud software. I consult enterprises and mid-market businesses to leverage a best-in-class retail cloud product and the benefits they can achieve. I lead all aspects of the technical sales process, from the initial business discussion, requirements elicitation, and C-suite relationship building. To product demonstration, value positioning and solution presenting. I also engage in technical conversations with partners in our ecosystem, and consult on means of integration, including aid in custom feature development for select clients.
