Starting as an Operations Manager overseeing departmental KPIs, I led several software integrations and change management solutions, including a company wide Quality Management System (QMS). Entrusted to head three departments a year later, I led efforts to streamline business operations having positive multimillion dollar impact.
With experience in product development and delivery to internal stakeholders, project management and large-scale technology integrations, my focus consisted mainly on creating solutions for my direct reports, as well as providing strategic recommendations to C-level executives.
In late 2016, during a competitor acquisition in Pennsylvania, I reconciled revenue data with the general balance sheet as part of acquisition terms. I was onsite for three weeks and was a key member of the change management strategy.
